    Writing on Graphics

How do you write on graphics? For example, if you look at iboost.com, you'll notice that the orange cells on the quick links and newsletter tabs are graphics, not one color. How do you write on a graphic so that the formatting works well (centered, professional looking)? Thanks a lot.

The html text is simply centered within a table cell.

Each of the table cells containing headings (Newsletter», ...) are given a 'tiled' (repeating) background image which is the orange fade graphic you are referring to.

    Code:
    <td background="/images/fade.gif" class=s8 height="2"> <font size="1">Newsletter»</font> </td>
There are more modern and efficient ways of doing this with the use of CSS, but this code is taken directly from the iboost page, so shows you exactly how they have done it.

    Hope this helps
