i've used many host and the best i've found is also the most expense, go figure. zebra.net, if u don't want to suffer from sticker shock don't check out their prices, but the service and reliability is the best i've ever had.
I have been using Concentric for my hosting (formerly with Anaserve which was bought by Concentric) for the past two years and get good service. I had at one time thought about moving, but luckly did not.
The best thing I like is that they have true 24/7 phone-based tech support....meaning you can reach a real person anytime of the day or night. They also do everything from virtual domains to managed servers to co-locating servers in their "server farm".
I have 2 virtual domains and have just rented a managed server for a new project with Concentric.
The only thing I don't like is their stats package....I finally bought Web Trends (whew, $400+ bucks) and that's no longer a problem.

I've been happy with www.netfirms.com thus far. With their free account, they place a banner on every one of your pages. For $60 a year however, you can get banner-free advertising, which isn't bad. Just a thought. Take care!
Only for $19.95 per month for 100 MB and unlimited bandwidth. If your site get 10,000 unique visitors per month. All you have to do is place a small button on your main page and you'll get that month for free. If you get a lower number of traffics then they'll give you a discount. This is still a new program, and currently I'm getting 40,000 unique visitors per month so let see if it's really free.
