Looking for a good hosting company for a client

Greetings,

I have a client who is currently paying US $70/month for hosting, and wants to switch over to something cheaper. The client has a secure credit card processing form on the site, so I am looking for a company that has secure hosting as one of the standard options.

The company I usually recommend to my smaller clients is way overpriced on Secure Server.

Does anyone have suggestions? If you could recommend something I would really appreciate it.
