Need cheap webhost for non-profit organization

I need a cheap webhost for a non-profit organization. We would have our own domain name (which I know is another 35 dollars per year) It is for SCAHPERD (South Carolina Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance. We would like to pay at most 5 dollars a month plus set up fees and domain name fees. Any one know of such a place or a cheaper place than what we are looking for. This would really help us. Thanx!

if ur just looking to throw up some web pages and don't mind banner ads u can try bizland.com or hypermart.net. they'll host ur business site and domain for free.

I've never used them, but from what it looks cool... neonocean.com . They have free hosting for not profit people, and have some cool features.
