Override <base> for jump links
I have a very annoying problem. I'm using vBulletin CMS. Apparently their developers thought it was a good idea to include a base attribute so they didn't have to use proper URLs for their scripts and stylesheets.
Now, I want to be able to use jump links (links that point to #my_name). Unfortunately, because of the base, these don't work.
Anyone know how to either override the base tag for part of the page, or how to easily make jump links (without having to use an absolute path for every one).
