Maybe I should head over to Safeway right now for an icy cold, refreshing and satisfying Coca-Cola (Actually it will be a Pepsi, since thats what comes out of the machine )

I love fanta! especially orange and lemon.. trouble is they don't sell it where I live so the only time I can get it is when I'm in Germany... which isn't often. :-(

Coke and pepsi both aren't very good, though I prefer coke.

Not a big fan of Pepsi, there's nothing I hate more when I ** out to get a Pepsi or Flat Pepsi (More often than not) as a mixer in a drink, even worse when it's on its own.

Having said that I like Coke, I hardly ever drink it unless I ** out, when I'm working I drink lots of water (About 15-20 pints a day at least).

Hate to tell you this guys but Diet Coke has been linked with cancer.

Fanta comes in Orange and Lemon flavours in the UK, lemon is my favourite. In fact I am drinking a Fanta Lemon right now!

Pepsi is just plain bad, Diet Coke has the best commercials among the drinks... Actually, no, fanta has... Its really genuis and it gets a cool point over, the slogan here is:

I don't know how anybody can drink Pepsi. It is completely foul. Coca Cola is alright but I much prefer Fanta Lemon.

Do we still have Cherry Coke in the UK? That was quite nice.... but I still preferred the original. I haven't had a can of that stuff in ages.

Actually, Diet Coke doesn't cause cancer. It's a common myth because people think Diet Coke contains aspartame. It doesn't, it has Nutrasweet.

That's why if you go into a restaraunt and compare the Sweet-N-Low packet to the NutraSweet packet only the Sweet-n-low one has a cancer warning.

This may be different in Europe but I doubt it.

In Europe there are several SUgar replacements like Aspartame and others to replace the sugar...

I have never heard of these products you speak of. I suspect they are some sort of artificial sweeteners? Well anyhow Diet Coke still tasted disjusting, although must better than Pepsi.

It seems to be in Europe, Pepsi is much more popular. Maybe it's because of that German Coke plant which messed up and leaked poison into a few.

In the US Coke is much more popular. Their is a big rivalry going on right now with Coke using Pepsi's purple aliens and Pepsi telling you that Pepsi is the obvious choice and then having that annoying girl say "Duuuuh!!"

Wow we don't have Coca Cola Light in the UK (at least I don't think we do). Also Pepsi Max is the only type of Pepsi you can get over here in Northern Ireland.

Have you ever tried Cherry Coke freesources? I'm not sure if they have it in Belgium. It isn't very popular in Northern Ireland, but it is quite nice.

NG I'm with you there. I haven't ever heard of Coca Cola Lite or Pepsi Max. There's only Coke and Pepsi: Cherry, Diet, Diet Cherry, and then Pepsi One which tastes like coke but has one calorie..

Absolutely not... In Europe Pepsi is almost NONE existing... Only 5% of all stores sell it... There were problems last year with Cocal Cola in 2 factories in Belgium. During a period of 2 months no Coca Cola may be sold but then it was again on teh market and they didn't loose customers.

In Germany Coca Cola is the absolute #1 too... I can ensure you that. Same in France, Switzerlan, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy..

When I was eight years old I was in the supermarket one day when somebody from Pepsi approached me and my family. He was giving out free Pepsi if you said you preferred it to Coke. So he asked me what was my favourite and I said "Coke, Pepsi tastes like sewage" and laughed at him This still makes me laugh to this very day.

I'm not sure that people in Europe like Pepsi more, in my school at least everybody hates it.

I think Belgium is the only country which sells Diet Coke under the name 'Coca Cola Light'.

Pepsi MAX is not the diet version of Pepsi, Pepsi MAX is the Sugar free version of Pepsi. You can still get Diet Pepsi. Also I haven't seen a cherry coke in the UK for a while now.

As for Coke vs Pepsi, most people I know drink Pepsi (Lord knows why), the only pepsi that is moderately nice is the Cafine free diet one (Gold cans - don't know if they sell it in cans anymore).

My favorite drink is Caffeinated. I much prefer the taste of Dr. Pepper to either Coke or Pepsi, though I buy Pepsi as well because it is what I am used to after being raised on it.

My day usually goes through coffee from 5:00 am to 11:00 am and then to Dr. Pepper unless its really hot outside (like every summer day) then it goes to Iced Tea tell about 8:00 pm. Then any of the three or IBC rootbeer or Samuel Adams Beer, Guinness Stout or some other high quality malt liquor until bed. I always have to have some sort of drink within arms length.

Once in a while I drink water but not often because its bad for you.
