Well, it will be for Webmasters (much like the SitePoint Tribune)

It will have articles on programming, web design, promotion, eCommerce etc and reviews on webmaster software.

What about something like "Digital Design Digest" or "Digital Age Digest"

I was going to use the latter of the 2 for one of my sites (www.digitalagedesigns.com) which is in development but now that I think of it I probably won't have a newsletter on it so your more than welcome to it

"Webmaster Chronicles" as a name sounds like an archive or history of webmaster news and programs throughout time. I'm not sure if that's the intended effect you're wanting to produce, though

You could always say.. "Now is the Time for a professional Web Development Newsletter"

I really dont know what to tell you, tough name you've picked there!

Something like that. The slogan isn't very important anyway really; don't fret over it too much.
