Top50 pop ups ! How to get rid ?

Recently, I have been plagued by the Top 50 pop ups. Everytime I open IE, the pop ups would appear. I have cleaned out the Cookies and the Temporary Internet Files Folders. Please Help !!!

what are top 50 popups? i can't tell you how to get rid of them, i'm not sure what they are.

Its simple change your homepage to some site that doesn't open them.

Usually the Top 50 popups are related to Porn or Warez sites and its one of the ways they drive traffic to each other.

Why not use some pop-up killers such as Popup Killer or AdKiller ?

I use Pop up hunter, but it keeps timing out on my 100Mhz Pc, witch I use for syrfing (sadly). On better PC's and OS's I think it is very good.
