I'm just glad that NS has lost their monopoly, they bl0w big time. Personally, I abhor the domain updating system, it takes a lifetime to update a domain record.
And after this tactic, I don't know why anyone would want to even deal with NS anymore. But that's just my experiences.
I posted about this back in June when it was first announced. The thread is here although it did not generate as much response as I was hoping.
I'm sorry it happened to you. NSI can't face the fact that their monopoly on the domain market was torn down, so here they go trying to monopolize on the domain auction market with the domains of their former customers. It is plain unacceptable to me.
