I'm suprised no one has mentioned AnandTech or Were-Here. I think those two are both more popular then SitePoint. If I were to construct a list of sites according to number of posts then it would probably look like this: (for Internet/Computer Forums)

    1) AnandTech

    2) Were-Here

    3) SitePoint

    4) Webmaster-Forums

I could be totally missing some sites though

quote/font>
Life outside SitePoint? What? Please explain this to me

I sort of feel this way too, by default. I try to find new ones and visit EVERY one mentioned in threads like this, but they are either too narrowly focused or just don't have the traffic. IMHO, SitePoint really is the best "general topic" webmaster's forum there is.

Well, dictionary.com has the following to say

The property or quality that distinguishes living organisms from dead organisms and inanimate matter, manifested in functions such as metabolism, growth, reproduction, and response to stimuli or adaptation to the environment originating from within the organism.

    or

The physical, mental, and spiritual experiences that constitute existence

    Personally, I prefer the second

I must obtain this property called "life"!

Actually I visited the Webmaster Forums for awhile, but they're lacking in the community that SitePoint has, so I'd just assume stay here where it's comfortable

Wow 13 posts... I feel I need to explain the Life issue as it was me who started the topic. When I said "Life after Sitepoint" I meant outside of my life I have among you fellow Sitepoint peolpe are there other good webmaster forums? I thank you all for your posts, I'll go check some out to see if they can match sitepoint...I have my doubts.
