Wow; the site is up just fine now and you're right: it's a blatant rip off. Glad to hear its basically worked out...did they admit to stealing it, but decided to pay you for it to avoid trouble?
I'm a tad confused.

Forgive me if I'm missing something but here's how I see it:
You make a sweet design for web hosting company A. Now, web hosting company B steals that design, including name and logo?
Doesn't that strike you as ridiculous? Someone saw a good design/logo and named a company because of it... come on.. I've gotta be missing something.
If that is indeed the case, wouldn't company A (the original Spider WEB designs) be a little ticked off at company B (the guys who took the design) for stealing their name?
Does someone want to help me out? I feel confused here..is there now two Spider WEB designs out there?
Oh. Sorry. I didnt think this post was gonna go anywhere. THe guy it was orginally for is my good friend so he didnt really care. I can always design him one. The guy that "stole" it I guess wanted it really bad so he decided to pay for it.
A friend of a friend found the site.
Yeah it is kinda odd and all they had to do was ask for me to do another design but oh well.
You must have gone to the site once I change the logo so the new company could have it. The old company was Siteshosting.com.
Once again, they are not the same company. The original design was for siteshosting.com, but I changed the logo so the new company could have the logo.
