Who is Erica Jackson

I was doing a little snooping.

America Online Inc. Owns 172 Domain names. Most of which are variations of company names they own, many were aimed at african americans (blackmusic.com, blacktech.com, blackjobs.com etc etc) But there were 2 that puzzled me.

ericajackson.com

and

somecrazydame.com

These are 2 personal website for one Erica Jackson. My question is why are they owned by America Online Inc.

Hmm a mystery!

When I look up ericajackson.com it says it belongs to "I'mErica Online," not to be confused with "America Online, Inc." The same hold true for somecrazydame.com.

If you say it rather fast, "I'm Erica Online" sounds a lot like "America Online", maybe they took over the domain for trademark infringment?

No, I was looking on Altavista's corporate information, you know how when you sometimes do a search if its applicable they'll give you information on the companies who website is listed. Well this was for AOL and those websites were listed as being owned by AOL.
