    Why is my menu underlined?

    Hello,

    I have almost finished building this site:
    http://rossandkim.com.au/clients/PMG/index1.html

    My issue is, the very top menu has the text underlined but i haven't set my CSS to underline:

    Code CSS:
    a.nav_top:link 		  {color: #fff; text-decoration: none; }
    a.nav_top:active 	          {color: #fff; text-decoration: none; }
    a.nav_top:visited 	  {color: #fff; text-decoration: none; }
    a.nav_top:hover 	          {color: #c25957; text-decoration: none; }

    The menu text does have a style on it: and when i remove the style it's still there.

    Code CSS:
    p.style1 {font: 11px 'TitilliumText22LThin', Arial, sans-serif; line-height:18px;}

    If you look really close you can see a grey underline running right across the whole menu text?

    Unless i'm totally going insane, why is this happening?

    Thank you.

    Try swapping the order of your CSS elements:
    HTML Code:
    a {text-decoration: none}

    a.nav_top:link      {color: #fff }
    a.nav_top:visited  {color: #fff}
    a.nav_top:hover   {color: #c25957; text-decoration:underline}
    a.nav_top:active  {color: #fff}

    ...and do a search on CSS "LoVe HAte", honest

    The code I posted was general for all links but I have just checked your CSS link and noticed that you have over-ridden the general CSS script with your specific script:

    HTML Code:
    /* MAIN NAV HOME */
    a.nav_top:link 		  {color: #fff; text-decoration:none; }
    a.nav_top:active 	  {color: #fff; text-decoration: none; }
    a.nav_top:visited 	  {color: #fff; text-decoration: none; }
    a.nav_top:hover 	  {color: #c25957; text-decoration: none;
    }

    Sorry, I must have been in the middle of testing when you saw my source code.

    I tried what you suggested (removed my existing CSS and replaced with yours) with no results.

    I tried refreshing your site and it is still the same. With another browser the underlines are not showing.

    Try deleting your CSS file and then upload a fresh copy.

    I added your CSS and uploaded a fresh copy.

    Safari still shows a very faint line underneath the menu text and chrome still shows both grey line and white text underline

    As mentioned in my previous post, try deleting your CSS file and then upload a fresh copy.

    Believe me it does make a difference.

    edit:
    I also tried it in Safari, etc and found the following problem here:

    HTML Code:
    .top-title, .middle-title, .bottom-title{
    cursor:pointer;
    margin-top:500px;
    text-align:center;
    /*text-decoration:underline;*/
    text-decoration:none;
    font-size:12px;
    }
    Where do I send my bill

    Hello John,

    Thank you! It seemed to work once i removed this section as you suggested:

    .top-title, .middle-title, .bottom-title

    Thank you again!

    I hope i can repay the favour some time
