Hi all.
I`m trying to write a sipmle questionnaire in php. unfortunately i`m not experienced in doing staff like this. can anyone recomend any site where i could find any samples of codes used??
i would like to see how people approached it.

They are not discussed often, but IIRC quite a few methods have been discussed.
