Best way to advertise a Poster site?

I just recently started http://www.totalposter.com and was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to get more traffic to my site. Should I use pay per click search engine, or not?

how about a program like allposters use for ad revenue, i wouldnt use ppc engines, most of the time you pay for nothing, register with fineclicks as a merchant or something.

Ya an affiliate program is good. You can use http://groundbreak.com or http://cj.com or fineclicks.

Your site design is cool but you need to streamline the ordering process. I notice you need to register prior to ordering (which throws me off) and prices are in pounds. So do you take American orders?

hosthall owns totalposters, not totalposter. He made a typo in his post. Considering that I find the current recommendations to be hilarious.

Sell some of them on Ebay. This will bring visitors to your site as well as make some sales. A site that just advertised with us:

    http://www.trendycollectibles.com

Has over 17,000 sales on ebay alone and all he sells is 8 x 10 photos printed.

this is good suggestion! eBay already has a large established market base ... and it relatively cheap to tap into this market compared to traditional e-advertising.
