I think, "99designs.com" is "sitepoint.com" sister website. It is providing facility of returning amount to buyer without any deduction (returning fees). Can some one guide me, how they are doing this. Because, as per my little knowledge, every merchant (paypal, authorize, moneybookers etc) takes fees for returning amount.
