Javascript Timer
Is there a way of using a Javascript Timer to open a new window, say 15 seconds after the page loads??

Small problem. This is the code I'm using:
setTimeout(openPopWinOnce('popup.htm', 440, 440), 5000);
Now, it takes no noice of the Time, I'm guessing because of the ('popup.htm', 440, 440) bit, cos if I remove that, it works fine.
