Can't access cpanel

I am not able to connect to cpanel on a new account. The page won't load.

I have 2 other accounts and have no problems.

I'm confused. SitePoint runs on vBulletin and AFAIK there is no cPanel. Do you mean your UCP? And if you have 2 other accounts, errrm, you're only supposed to have one.
