Low cost advertising methods for webhostrequests.com?

Hello,

What are the lowest cost methods including advertising on some related websites which will send us some "Web hosting companies" to register on our new site? <Advisor Edit: Keep self-promotional links in your sig>>

I didn't think it would be a problem to get hosts to register but so far not a lot of them have registered. I thought it would be a problem to get users to post requests for quotes but for the requests posted so far there have not been responses from web hosts. Hence, I need web hosts to register and of course, more users to post requests for quotes too.

Any suggestions are welcome.
