    photoshop motion blur technique

Hi from 64F Currently Cloudy Wakefield UK
    Wind: W at 13 mph Humidity: 77%

I would like to create a motion blur effect like that shown in the picture above. Ive fiddled around with blur effects but I cant re create whats been used in the above pic.

So my question is please how on photoshop can you create the effect of a line of men walking in a line whilst the background looks like the motion effect you getr when driving through a tunnel.

    Any insights welcome :-)

Cut the people out of the image, paste them on their own layer directly above the original photo. Then take the original photo and apply "Filter > Blur > Radial Blur..." to that layer (set to zoom and adjust to desired amount).

Your people stay still, but your background blurs as if in the tunnel.

Be sure to get as close to the people as possible.
