Best Tiny Url Clone Script

Im looking for the Best Tiny Url Clone Script.

Of course I would rather have a free version, but don't mind paying a little money if something is nicely designed and has some cool ajax features or something.

I've been looking around, but haven't found anything to great or anything good that was priced right. I really don't want to spend more than $30 on a script like this.

Not sure about the free ones but the one that i like is script i use a copy on my site. there are many sites like this i guess its how you market it.Good luck with find one
