Anyone know of any good free image map programs?

I'd say either CoolMap, MapMaker, Mini Mapper Plus, or EasyMap. All can be downloaded for free from DownloadDotCom (www.download.com).

Dreamweaver's got a decent image mapper thingy.

I know it's not technically free, (but the evaluation version is) but I use Fireworks for creating image maps using sliced images. Rollover image maps have a lot of capabilities that static ones don't, like being able to swap certain parts of an image when a different part is rolled over.
