Question Fancy Form Design - the book

    Morning folks,

Can you tell me if you have a book titled 'Fancy Form Design' by J Featherstone and D Bolton in production as I see on Amazon UK there is one on sale, but yet to be released, and it's rather blurred cover carries the same 'graphic' as that of the 'Online Marketing Inside Out' book.

    Thanks all

Yes, there is a book with that name. I think its brand new and it might not be for sale yet. I read about it in the newsletter they just sent out but I deleted that email, sorry.

I think I am going to buy that book myself.

I've got that book on order from Amazon UK myself, the current dispatch date that Amazon list for it is the 2nd of November.

There is another SitePoint book on Amazon UK "jQuery: Novice to Ninja", they have the dispatch date listed as 16th Dec 2009, would that sound about right for its release date?

Pitty neither is available in the current sale, I'd do another purchase to get them if they were, but between the last 5-for-1 and this one there's only 3 other books I'm interested in, but I'd get those 2 in a heartbeat :0

    Thumbs up

I been trying to Google search this matter for a while and haven't been able to get any where. So I felt I should just try asking here. I want to know how to take a Photo shop design of a contact form I designed and code the design. All I keep finding on Google is people designing contact forms in Photo shop and leave it at that. OK!!!
