Integration with Facebook and Twitter

Hi,
Could someone recommend a plugin or combo of plugins that could achieve following:

- allow new users to reg on wordpress blog using Twitter or Facebook (or possibly google)

- automatically have these users follow my Twitter account or Like my facebook page.

sorry if i'm oot, but i use 2 plugins to posts to twitter & facebook what i've been blogged. the plugins name are post to twitter and post to facebook.

On my discipleship site I use Wordbook and Twitter Tools. Once in a while Wordbook does not work and I have to manually send the link over to Facebook. But overall I am happy with both those add-ons.

If anyone else knows of any better solutions, please let me know.

Thanks for the suggestions but I don't think the plugins mentioned will do the 2 things I was looking for.
