I've heard of it before. It was either from Phong of DBM, but I can't remember which. They looks really good IMO. Their magazine looks awesome...

I've seen their magazine and it was so-so. There were quite a few spelling mistakes but some pretty good information too.

There are so many Photoshop resources on the web for free, why pay for a magazine though?
