we need a software run on the mobile , this software connected to GPS API and get the coordinates and the speed , then send them to the URL
for example : http://www.xxxxx.com/getCordinate.ph...=yyyy&speed=zz

- also the request will be every no. of minutes .

- type of mobiles : all mobiles supported java

this is simply what we need
