looking for image map program

Hi,

I'm looking for a straight forward easy to use image map program. Preferably free or at a reasonable price. I have downloaded two image map programs in the past and really couldn't understand either one. ( I forget now off hand which ones they were). Any help would be appreciated.

I use Map This! I find it easy to use and it's freeware.
