Using your own domain on popular blog sites

What are the best blogs to add your own domains and sub-domains too? Like Ning.com, Wordpress, etc. What would you say is the best?

I have checked out Blogsport and WordPress and I would recommend WordPress.com. Though it's still the best if you have got your own hosting

Yes. Wordpress blog seems to be the best choice for majority. It has so many plugins that can really helps in term of SEO and traffic.
