Why wont FLASH 4 work on my computer??

I have now downloaded Macromedia FLASH 4 three times, my computers specifacation is easily within the desired amount, as before i formatted my computer it used to work fine!!!

However, since I formatted my computer it no longer works, no matter what I try, I have downloaded from various sites, formatted computer, read the help files, nothing works..here is what it says when i try to load it:

There is simply no reason i think of why it wont work? do I need to download ActiveX controls or something???

Please can SOMEONE help me!!! it's driving me INSANE =)

One more slight problem, I think this problem is written into all Macromedia Products on my computer, because both Dreamweaver 2/3 used to work aswell before i formatted my comp, and now, neither of them work either....

Are you using Windows NT/2k, 98, 95? It has worked for me under 2k and 98, just so you know.

I find that Macromedia programs need tons of RAM. This isn't a problem for me but try running it without anything else open.

I'll give you the Macromedia tech support number, since I've bought their products. Just try to be quiet about the fact that you downloaded it as a trial and then you can call them at 800 457 1774 or 425 222 3201 (both in the US/Canada).
