Error When Installing MySQL on Red Hat 7.2

I had MySQL working on my server until I upgraded Apache to 1.3.26 today. I deleted the files in the /usr/local/mysql directory and whenever I run the configure it comes up with an error and I can't figure out how to get it to work. Here is what I've entered and the error that I'm getting after it runs for about 3 minutes:

    [root@username mysql-3.23.51]# ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/mysql --with-low-memory

    Any ideas?
