Where did Sitepoint's Looking to Hire traffic went?

I still remember the days a few years ago when there are over 10 daily posts in the Looking to Hire section. Just dropped by to check it out today and saw 10 days difference between two consecutive postings. It really saddened me to see this, would like to ask what happened there?

I think it's probably got a lot to do with the fact that our Marketplace in general is less active since we split out to Flippa.

There are probably more competitive sites out there now as well, but I suspect the number one reason has to do with the fact that there are significantly less jobs out there at the moment.
