Source Comparison Utility

Does anyone know of a good tool which can be used to compare source files and show me the differences??

I'm asking because I'm in the middle of customizing a free board, and there is a newer version which fixes some bugs, but I would rather replace the files I need instead of replacing them all and having to reapply all the customization I've done.

Any text compare program will work since your source code is simple text. You can find some at www.winfiles.com

I did a quick search on "text compare" at winfiles and came up with http://www.famtech.ca/noframes/quicks.html
