Blocking Hosts/IPs

Hi, lately I have noticed a lot of hits on my website from certain IP or hosts in my AW Stats. I would like to know if there is a way I can block them?

My stats look like this:

Last month it was a lot worse as this is only a few days into the month.

Do you have Plesk control panel? It provides the option to block any ip addresses.
Besides that you can add blocking script in your website header.

The hosting company uses Helm and not Plesk. I will have to check it out and see if there is anything similar in Helm.
