Mutliple Search Form

Hello,

Does anyone know how to do those search forms with radio buttons as what to serach such as (the net, this site, this archive, etc...)?

If it's javascript then it's basic, unless you are programming your own java based search engine which i have no experience with. But if it is a cut and paste script you should know how, just edit certain lines within the script and so on... I'm new at this though so if it's your own search program then i have no clue whatsoever..
