There are a lot of gramatical errors and typos in your copy and links, which does not give prospective clients confidence. It is often difficult to follow your sales pitch and details because of the grammar. You may want to hire someone to re-write or proofread your text.

It's a cool idea ... maybe you just need to target your marketing to potential customers like those listed on your page -> http://www.cgi-network.net/commercia..._news/?pg=idea

    It's not just the copy...

I believe the reason that you haven't made a single sale is that your product is about 5 times more expensive than Windows XP Pro. You are selling a script. It's not like you have a limited stock or a shipping fee - each sale costs you NOTHING, so now that the script is made, it's for your own benefit to drop your price to $10 or $20 and make a couple sales.

Once that is done, I will gladly write your copy for free.

the idea of the program not in one copy

The idea of program is that site owner buy this program and we integrate it in his site. So site owner will be able to send news to people who downloaded tray news program from his server.
I can't findout any example of what i'm trying to explain. But if i sell it to wbmaster 1 copy for $10 and do all integration in his site for free. I'll lose a lot of time and money. Or i'm wrong? I'll try to make a good demo on my site to show what this program does.

Explain to me why I should purchase your software when I can write a DHTML script in 10 minutes and offer the same benefits to my customers for free?

What makes it worth my while? Why do >I< need your software?

I also agree that the software is very expensive for little to no perceived benefit.

Hmmmm. DHTML can't do such things:
    1. my program will be in tray. no need to have opened explorer window
    2. it has members support
    3. all changed dynamically
    4. you can sebd messaged directly to each member

i think these features don't have dhtml

    1. I never would have guessed you were selling something - too many distractions

    2. White text on a blue background is VERY difficult to read

    3. I have no clue what the site is about. Hotscripts ? Your domain name sends my brain on a different path.

    4. Even your first screenshot is confusing. There are icons all over the place.

Now that I said all this, I think I'll try to follow my own advice

    1. Right click your Taskbar.
    2. Choose Toolbars
    3. Select "Add New Toolbar"
    4. In the folder textbox type: http://sitepointforums.com/ticker.php
    5. Click OK.

You should get a task bar on your computer caller "SitePoint Today". This will continuously show you the last ten topics on your screen. I know it isn't formatted properly nor fancy but it works and took about 10 minutes to set up. No Explorer windows needed nor do you have to install any new software. You can also take that taskbar and drag it to your desktop for a windowed look. I can even integrate SitePoint's PM system into this with DHTML.

Now, I am not saying your concept can't work but what would be its benefits to me?

    yes you are right,
you can use such system, but why people use icq or msn when they can do that thru web? If you want to have such alert messages, if you would like to have secure alerts and member alert messages than this program for you.

I think the point is though that these others (including ICQ etc) are FREE. You aksed why your product isnt selling - they told you why Its dam expensive for something that does nothing new or that I cant do for free elsewhere. IMO you should listen to them ... they are a smart bunch of folks.

You have a good concept for a product, but you need to reconsider your pricing and badly need to re-work your web site to be more user friendly, professional and get your spelling/gramar up to speed.

Ok. I've bought new domain for it and now making good content.
Webmasters that bought program will give it for free for their members. So i think that price will be $150

Are you sure that the laws of Demand and Supply will favour that price tag ?

If I were you I would consider another biz model.

    For example:
    Same service
Charge 9.95 / year and provide continuous upgrades

    OR
    Same service
Charge 3.95 / month and provide continuous upgrades

If I give you more ideas, let me know your email, so I can send you a email request for $80 with 2checkout.

I would never pay $150 for something like that though. Plus, I've seen alternatives proposed by bigger companies. Probably dead DOT COMS by now...

20/month? I think you need to understand, volume sales is what your going for. You have no cost anymore, you already scripted it. So force a one year contract, so you can sell it for 9.95 per month(and not lose the time and effort for installing). Notice, you want to do $9.95, not $10 dollars. To the mind $10 sounds more then $9.95, even though you realize it is $10. For example, I just sold our beach house for $995,000, it sold very fast, after I lowered the price from $1,050,000. It just sounds better. And there is no get-rich scheme on the net. If you want that, go try the alladvantage programs and spam the net for members. Have fun.

    re:no sales

May be the problem is that your site gets fake visitors.

There are a lot of different online tools that measure the conversion ratio from every advertising source separately.
And help you see which one drives sales and which burnes your money.

    Don't use roibot.
    NEVER use roibot.
    Run away from roibot.

I dared to use the trial version of roibot. 2 months later, I purchased a totally unrelated ebook from them. Before I knew it, they matched my email on the trial roibot account with the email I gave when I purchased the ebook. All of a sudden they were billing me for the premium service.

I never got personal replies to my emails - only autoresponders.

To get away from them, I had to cancel my credit card.

Wouldn't an easier solution would have been to just place a stop order on that one recurring charge?
