    Chinese Characters in a Permalink?

I just posted a new article on my blog and Wordpress automatically inserted a couple Chinese characters I used in the post title. Does anybody know if this is a bad SEO practice? Should I get the Chinese characters off of there or does it really not matter?

Thanks in advance for any help!

I won't say it will affect your SEO that much as the title still makes sense to both human and seo robots but it may look strange to some who may be reading it. Maybe you should look deep to what's causing the characters to appear as it may cause a 404 error later when you finally decide to correct the problem and new and corrected permalinks are generated.
