    bCentral

    Hi everyone!!

I'm looking for a search engine submission software program that i can pay for that is the "best"!

What i've found so far that looks pretty good is bCentral by Microsoft.

    2 questions:

    1) is bCentral any good?
    2) Can any one recommend a better search engine submission program?

    Your help is greatly appreciated!!

I know but, i need to submit for several sites. I operate a small web design company and hosting service which i include search engine submission. So it would take me a long while to manually submit all those sites.

That is why i'm looking for a software application that i am willing to pay for that will do it properly.

Well of the handful of places you NEED to submit to, Zeal/Looksmart, Yahoo, DMOZ, and AltaVista cannot handle automatic submissions. So you'd need to do those by hand anyways.

If you get accepted by those three, you really don't need to submit anywhere else.

As others have said, it is best so submit by hand -- in other words, avoid services such as you just mentioned. Those services relatively ineffective as most of the major search engines don't work with them (they require unique activation codes in submissions which is impossible to generate by this mass submitters).
