Exclamation Site does not work in ie6, ie7, ie8

This is really boggleing my mind right now.

seems that all the html and css validate.

The site is supposed to be centered, but on any of the "category" pages, in any version of IE, start out centered, but then suddenly jump to the left side of the page.

I am running galleria jquery gallery on these pages, and also the site is using cushy cms.

a link to page that works in firefox and safari and chrome, but not in any version of IE:

    http://www.collectthemouse.com/park-memorabilia.php

i have firebug lite on the page too so you can see what is going on.

I need this fixed as soon as possible. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi, just a guess because I'm going to bed, but remove the styles for the <html> and <body> element until only the background image is on it, IE doesn't like styling of the HTML element (and is shaky with teh <body> element)

Hope that helps, if not then I'll try to help tomorrow before I go to work if noone else has responded)

Well I have it narrowed down.

I removed some inner divs. and it centers just fine.

So I am wondering if it isnt a javascript error of some sort that is re-aligning everything?

Maybe there is some kind of conflict with cushy cms and and the jquery gallery?

    here is the original page:

here is the same page with the inner div's removed:
