    Yes

    I don't use to contact not frequently until and unless i get puzzle , First i try my own solution to solve the problems

    And obviously the good response can change your decision to avail the company services or to terminate the company at all !

    Oh, I see.

    What about pre-sale calls? Is it useful to call them before the purchase?
