Help: search form with drop down navigation

I am trying to create a drop down menu that will navigate other url actions using the same search form and drop down if possible. Here is an example of what I have now.

    <form method=GET action="My.url"> <INPUT TYPE="text" NAME="q" STYLE="font: 8pt Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" Value="" SIZE="35"><br> <INPUT TYPE="submit" STYLE="font: 8pt Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" VALUE=" Search "> <INPUT TYPE="reset" NAME="Reset" STYLE="font: 8pt Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" VALUE=" Oops ">

    <SELECT STYLE="font: 8pt Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" NAME=s><OPTION VALUE=OD SELECTED>Worldwide Web
    <OPTION VALUE=MB>Message Forums
    <OPTION VALUE=SQ>Stock News
    <OPTION VALUE=AU>Auctions & Classifieds
    <OPTION VALUE=NN>News Today
    </SELECT></FORM>

    use two different forms.
depends on your scripts to power those forms.

clean up your code, it's kinda sloppy and difficult to read, which makes for difficulty in debugging.
