I've never tried one. But I dont think they would attract many people.
Most people would want to have a real experience at a casino instead of one online.
I don't know, "casino" and "gambling" are some of the highest bidded terms on PPC engines. I saw them go for like $1.21 per click once. Anyways, join ones that networks like cj offers, they'll pay you.
The reality is that there are many successful casino affiliates that make $20,000 per month. It might not be a 'nice' area to have a web site on, but it is profitable.
Sure, many people don't want to gamble online, gee I never would, I rekon you've got to be crazy. But that doesn't stop lots of people from doing it.
