I have used Xuppa.com/bay9.com to sell ads in my newsletters, but since Xuppa/Bay9 has failed to pay me I need a new place where I can sell my ad space. Any suggestions?

I charge between $1 and $2 for my freebie mailing list (it currently has about 19,100 subscribers).
