    2 column form

    I'm trying to create a form with CSS where the 2 columns line up like the graphic below, can anyone point me in the right direction as I'm really struggling.

    Just float the labels/input (margins to suite) and then insert a clearing element after the last name <input.

    Then just repeat hte process. Have you tried to make it yourself?
