Luke, thanks for your reply. I'll check it out! The Quark files involved can be complex, with overlapping "windows" and images, etc. - have you any sense as to whether your solution will maintain that layout - That's the main issue - should have mentioned it earlier.
If you export your file to a tab-delimited file you can use several different programs to convert that into an HTML table. The program I use for the majority of my development is called Textpad (www.textpad.com ) and it is a macro add-on downloadable from the same site that does a text to table conversion.
