    Need to replace Frames

    Hey all, I don't know much about CSS so I'm kinda lost
    here. Take a look at http://www.calgarymarket.com and
    take a lookat the header frame. It has 3 parts, left banner,
    right banner middle logo/date.

    What I need to do is get rid of the frame but still keep that
    up there, keep the banners rotating..

    I know there is a way to do it, so I hope someone can
    help me along.

    Thanks all!

    Hmmm, could be achieved by some nasty dhtml, or even by whacking your other content into an <iframe> (not widely supported). I actually think you should either go static (ie it scrolls off screen), or *shudders* keep the frames in this instance.

    I think you should go for the iframe option, although it's not supported by all browsers it is supported by the vast majority - IE 3.0+, NS 6.0+, Opera 5.0+, that will cover the vast majority of visitors unless you are deseperate to support the tiny minority who still cling on to NS 4.

    you could use fixed positioning in CSS.......then put your code or banners in that div......

    eg:

    #header{
    position:fixed;
    }

    <div id="header"> stuff here </div>

    although fixed positioning will not work in all browsers......
