whats best for targetted affiliate schemes

Basically I have got a sponsor and revamped my media/advertising kit.

In between space that is not sold I should really run an affiliate scheme I guess.

Would cj.com be the best bet?

Would an affiliate scheme even be the best way to go?

It seems most banner places like burst only offer untargetted to start with?

CJ is good but depends on what kind of targeted products they have for your category.

Mate - Ive got a click through av or 0.08 which is lame. However one ad I run with Tradedoubler has a click through of 0.33 which isn't bad

Daniel, check out this site: http://www.net-ads.com/sponsorship/index.html -- it's got a ton of reviews of programs and should guide you in the right direction. In your case, I bet you could make a killing with targeted health/fitness affiliate programs from like CJ.
