Hi all,

I have to do a website - static, except for 2 things,
-- the client needs an option to upload a promotions (pdf) file
and
--News letter/Email Promotions with Subscribe – Where all the customers will be sent promotions every week/month.

Pls give me your valuable opinion about any open source scripts for each of these..
I just took a look and found few.. but not sure which to use..
