Popup Advertising Suggestion Needed

I currently use Focalex, and Popuptraffic for my popup/popunders. I have room to put 1 more popup/under on my site (on a different page). What's a good site (paying at least $1CPM preferably $2-3) that only pops up 1 popup? BTW, FastClick rejected my site.

Don't give up on FastClick - sometimes they'll accept you on the second or third try. If not, a call won't hurt.

I've settled on goClick. Now I'm using Popuptraffic, Focalex, and goClick.
