    Question French English Wordpress Install

I live in Quebec and most of my clients want bilingual (englis/french) website.
so far the best solution that i have found have two folder /english and /french and install the wordpress in both places.
do i create 2 separate databases or tables, any suggestions?thank you

When you access the WordPress install page after uploading it, one of the questions in the first step is "table prefix". You can use a single database with the same access information as long as you use two different table prefixes.

You could also go with just one WP install and use a multi-language support plugin.

is there a good reliable plugin where it translates menu buttons,text,..?
i have tried qtranslate but noticed when i upgrade to new version of wordpress it screws up my webpages.

    Interesting issue.......

I will create 2 blogs 2 databases 2 languages ......... easy...... and why not maybe 2 different domains with 2 different extension........ then manage both separately.... in your case may work
