I've been building content managed websites for about 10 years and have watched the trends go from static sites with a little CMS to full blown content management frameworks that handle multimedia, user profiles, job applications, events registration and of course eCommerce. One thing I haven't quite figured out is how to integrate Customer Relation software to websites.

I will be using civiCRM with a new project and as there is no existing CRM, I think this will work just fine however I have another proposed website on my desk and the organization has been using Microsoft Dynamic CRM and they are quite happy with it.

Does anyone here have experience integrating Microsoft Dynamic CRM with a content management system?
